Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet your dedicated group coordinator and transfer to your lodge. Evening welcome dinner with team introductions.
Day 2
Safari Day 1 - Game Drives & Bush Meeting
Fly or drive to your safari destination. Afternoon game drive followed by a unique "bush boardroom" meeting as the sun sets over the savannah.
Day 3
Safari Day 2 - Team Building in the Wild
Full day of game drives interspersed with team-building activities. Options include guided bush walks with naturalists and conservation presentations.
Day 4
Fly to Beach Destination
Morning flight to Zanzibar. Check into your beachfront resort. Afternoon at leisure - spa treatments, beach time, or optional water sports.
Day 5
Beach Retreat & Final Session
Morning wellness session (yoga, meditation, or spa). Final strategic workshop or reflection session in a stunning seaside setting. Gala farewell dinner.
Day 6
Departure
Morning at leisure. Transfer to the airport for departure flights. Optional extensions available.
